Frame 框景
▼序言 PREFACE
幼時(shí)隨父母逛蘇州園林,什么也不記得,什么也不懂得。再去時(shí),看懂了些,父母卻都老了。蘇州園林中,留園是我最喜歡的,也容易看懂,其以框景為重,手法工整,心思細(xì)密,不許一處無景,也偶爾會美得讓人透不過氣。
When I was young, I visited Suzhou Gardens with my parents and didn't remember and knew anything. When I went there again, I understood more, but my parents were old. In Suzhou Gardens, the Lingering Garden is my favorite, which is also easy to understand. It focuses on enframed scenery. And it has neat technique, delicate mind and possesses scenes everywhere. Occasionally, it's too beautiful for us to breathe.
中國古典園林建筑中的門、窗、洞,或者喬木樹枝抱合成的景框,將園內(nèi)外的景觀包含其中??臻g景物不盡可觀,或則平淡間有可取之景,便是框景。以框造景,將中國古典園林的造景方式搬入現(xiàn)代室內(nèi)空間,這一想法在遇見這間家宅和它的主人后便已萌生。
The doors, windows, holes or frames enclosed by arbor branches in Chinese classical garden architectures frame the scenes inside or outside the gardens. That is enframed scenery, by which scenery cannot be fully seen, or there are desirable scenes besides the uneventful scenes. The idea of introducing the enframed scenery of Chinese classical gardens into modern interior space had sprouted after meeting the house and its owners.
房屋的男主人是理性的工程師,女主人則是平面設(shè)計(jì)師,愛好插畫,家里另有三只小貓,性格各異。活動空間充足,公共空間通透,是他們對于家的共同期望。朝九晚五,兩人三貓,平淡的生活需要一個(gè)活潑溫暖而有趣的角落。
The host of the house is a rational engineer, while the hostess is a graphic designer who likes illustrations. And there are three kittens which have different personalities. Having adequate activity space and possessing transparent public space are their common expectations for the house. An uneventful life needs a lively, warm and interesting corner.
▼客廳 LIVING ROOM
客廳的柜體是秩序的中心,保護(hù)著整座家宅免于無法無天的混亂。這秩序不單單是幾何學(xué)上的,也是內(nèi)心空間的,柜子里一件件物品和諧地排列著,裝滿了回憶的無聲騷動,打開柜門,便梳理起記憶的脈絡(luò)。
The cabinet in the living room is the center of order, protecting the whole house from lawless chaos. The order is not only in the sense of geometry, but also in the sense of heart. Everything in the cabinet is arranged harmoniously, which is filled with silent commotion of memories. Opening the doors of the cabinet, we can comb the thread of memories.
▼餐廳 DINING ROOM
書房與餐廳之間的墻面開口,封上玻璃。以框造景,造靜態(tài)的景,不同的角度是不同的靜物畫;造動態(tài)的景,家庭成員間透過景框,實(shí)現(xiàn)肢體的互動和心靈的交流。
We open a hole in the wall between the study and the dining room and seal it with glass. It creates static scenes, which enables us to see different still life paintings from different angles. It also creates dynamic scenes, which enable family members to achieve physical interaction and spiritual communication through the frame.
框景本身也從來不會是一種限定,只要使用得當(dāng),它便是活的。當(dāng)我們意識到框景之外那些無法忽視的存在,便獲得了解釋與補(bǔ)充。
The enframed scenery itself is never a limitation, and it can be alive as long as used properly. When we realize the things that cannot be ignored outside the enframed scenery, we get explanations and supplements.
▼書房 STUDY
攝影的景框嵌套了空間的框景,趣味盎然。重新想象這些畫面的前世今生與其創(chuàng)造出來的情感觸動,影像與室內(nèi)空間之間反復(fù)且親密的追尋與叩問,構(gòu)成一曲溫柔而綿長的詩歌。
The frame of photography nests the enframed scenery of the space, which is very interesting. Re-imagining the past and present of these photos and the emotions they creat, the repeated and intimate pursuit and inquiry between the images and the interior space constitute a gentle and long poem.
