鳥(niǎo)焱·燒物位于南京華燈坊，輻射CBD商業(yè)受眾。本案作為鳥(niǎo)焱品牌在南京布局的第三間門(mén)店，區(qū)別于首店的新日式風(fēng)格，設(shè)計(jì)以酒館氣質(zhì)為契，將別具一格的煙火氣融入新店策劃中，打造圍合中央吧臺(tái)傳遞日式燒鳥(niǎo)的獨(dú)特體驗(yàn)，同時(shí)整體風(fēng)格靈感取師于鳥(niǎo)居結(jié)構(gòu)和式紙傘，在色彩搭配、內(nèi)部裝飾中延續(xù)新穎的用餐儀式感。

As the third store of NIAOYAN in Nanjing, this case is mainly based on the tavern unit, integrating the breath of life into the space. At the same time, the style is inspired by the structure of the torii and the paper umbrella, which continues the novel Japanese ritual sense in the color and interior decoration.

從場(chǎng)地突圍，構(gòu)建別樣日料酒場(chǎng)Construct a different kind of Japanese cooking wine field項(xiàng)目選址于商場(chǎng)地面一層的上行扶梯之下，面對(duì)采光不夠、景觀差與客流問(wèn)題，如何從場(chǎng)地劣勢(shì)中突圍成為設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)首要面臨的難題。Faced with the problems of insufficient lighting, poor landscape and passenger flow, how to break through the disadvantage of the site has become the primary problem faced by the design team.

設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)將日本鳥(niǎo)居結(jié)構(gòu)中的“朱紅”作為空間主體色，從外立面至餐廳內(nèi)部環(huán)境的立面細(xì)部均以“秩序感”營(yíng)造出空間的連續(xù)性，層疊的木構(gòu)搭配引人注目的紅色，營(yíng)造出濃郁而有序的視覺(jué)效果?？腿私?jīng)過(guò)外擺區(qū)，進(jìn)入室內(nèi)空間，映入眼簾即是核心區(qū)域的中央吧臺(tái)，精致酒柜以玫瑰金構(gòu)架作為展陳，為空間注入復(fù)古感的生機(jī)，并契合流暢弧墻融入完整的空間色彩單元，在頂部傘型構(gòu)架下，層次明亮的氣韻在空間中流轉(zhuǎn)。The design team used "vermilion" in the torii structure as the main color. From the exterior facade to the interior environment of the restaurant, the "sense of order" creates the continuity of the space and has a strong visual effect. Guests pass through the outside area and enter the indoor space, and they are greeted by the central bar in the core area.

儀式，不止于鳥(niǎo)居Ceremony, more than torii設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)在整體空間構(gòu)造思路上，通過(guò)節(jié)點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)與精細(xì)選材來(lái)呈現(xiàn)鳥(niǎo)焱品牌與日料文化的契合度，在視覺(jué)性與功能性上呼應(yīng)鳥(niǎo)居構(gòu)造文化，創(chuàng)造出多重時(shí)空維度的場(chǎng)景體驗(yàn)，即“進(jìn)入空間之時(shí)，所有來(lái)客行為皆需要特別注意”，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)亦是通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)裝飾的仿形來(lái)發(fā)出信號(hào)，踏入鳥(niǎo)焱即意味著跨入一個(gè)與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界涇渭分明的空間旅程，從而傳遞給食客更多精神文化層面的感受與體驗(yàn)。In terms of construction ideas, the fit between NIAOYAN and Japanese material culture is highlighted through structure and material selection, and a unique scene experience is created. That is, "when entering the space, all guest behaviors require special attention". This is the spatial signal: stepping into Toyoya means stepping into a journey that is distinct from the real world. In this way, more spiritual and cultural feelings and experiences can be conveyed to diners.

餐廳內(nèi)部，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)利用核心吧臺(tái)區(qū)域的頂層裝飾架構(gòu)與“和式紙傘”聯(lián)系，纖細(xì)木構(gòu)以序列形態(tài)的搭建融匯出現(xiàn)代材料的細(xì)膩漸次感。散座公域與單獨(dú)包間的錯(cuò)落觀感，在木構(gòu)與頂部鏡面折射出的多維空間中起承轉(zhuǎn)合，制造出餐廳空間與來(lái)客交感、與品牌氣場(chǎng)交感的邂逅篇章。Inside the restaurant, the design team used the top-level decorative structure of the core bar area to connect with the "Japanese-style paper umbrella". The scattered look and feel of the scattered public area and the separate private rooms are connected in the multi-dimensional space refracted by the wooden structure and the top mirror. The restaurant space interacts with guests and brands.

景觀的呼吸感Breath of the Landscape在空間外立面的設(shè)計(jì)中，利用弧面片墻間隔與局域造景，以材質(zhì)交疊復(fù)現(xiàn)出視覺(jué)掩映的景觀屏障，模糊化處理的邊界讓室內(nèi)外有層通透的呼吸感，在半圓“傘面”延伸下的日式造景，讓空間內(nèi)的感受界線穿透物質(zhì)隔墻，引導(dǎo)客人視線與室內(nèi)環(huán)境琳瑯相會(huì)。In the design of the fa?ade of the space, the arc wall and local landscaping are used to reproduce a barrier-like visual cover with overlapping materials. Blur the boundary and make the space have a sense of transparent breathing. The Japanese-style landscaping under the extension of the semi-circular "umbrella surface", the boundary of feeling in the space penetrates the material partition wall, guiding the guests' eyes to meet the space.

在結(jié)構(gòu)致敬之外，場(chǎng)所的故事性也離不開(kāi)光影的詮釋，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)細(xì)心打磨許多耐人尋味的空間細(xì)節(jié)，為置身其中的紛紛賓客們，敘說(shuō)漸入密境的空間意趣。In addition to paying tribute to the structure, the story of the place is also inseparable from the interpretation of light and shadow. The design team carefully polished many intriguing spatial details to describe the spatial interest of gradually entering the secret environment for the guests who are in it.
